The lock body contains no built-in battery and requires no external power supply or cabling. It harvests radio-frequency energy from NFC-enabled smartphones or dedicated card readers to perform unlocking and data interaction. Authorized personnel can unlock the lock simply by tapping their NFC-capable phone against the lock sensor area. The streamlined operation fits on-site industrial workflows without compromising production & maintenance efficiency.

Robust Product Features for Harsh Industrial Conditions

The lock housing is made of zinc alloy, the lock cylinder adopts 304-stainless-steel material, and the NFC sensing area is constructed from ABS material. It operates with in 30℃ ~ 80℃ with relative humidity ranging from 20% to 98%. Rated IP44 for ingress protection and qualified for salt-spray testing per GB/T2423 standards, the lock withstands extreme temperature fluctuation, vibration, dust and humidity for both indoor-room and field-deployment scenarios, with a rated switching cycle of up to 20 000 times.

Closed-loop Digital Full-lifecycle Management to Eliminate Traditional Management Gaps

The system consists of three components: PC management backend, mobile APP & mini-program, and passive NFC intelligent locks. It forms a complete workflow covering permission distribution, on-site unlocking, log archiving and data statistics.

1. Fine-grained Access Permission Control Administrators build ledgers for departments, operators and lock assets on the management platform. Access permissions with configurable validity periods are assigned to designated users. All permission-issuing actions are permanently logged, putting an end to the crude management mode of physical keys.

2. Full Traceability of Lock-opening Events Each NFC unlocking operation automatically records operator identity, timestamp and lock location, generating tamper-proof access logs. Paper-based manual logging is replaced, enabling responsibility tracing and mitigating security threats including key loss and forced break-in.

3. Visualized Operation & Maintenance The backend supports lock-asset list display, GIS map visualization and statistical analysis of lock-open/lock-closed events. Mobile terminals support work-order processing, alarm handling, real-time lock-status checking and log retrieval. Temporary unlocking authorization can be remotely issued to respond to emergency repair tasks.

4. Secure Encrypted Communication Encrypted data transmission and unique device-ID identification prevent unauthorized cracking and replay attacks, securing physical access to cabinet-housed equipment.
